It appears that the PDP household is not holding up together, contrary to the speeches given by the PDP leadership today, during the special national convention, in Abuja, as a major violence was averted by security officials.
The commissioner of police and other security operatives intervened in a violent clash that erupted at the Anambra stand at the Eagles Square where the two factions met and wrestled over who should attend the convention.
Unfortunately, according to security officials similar situations occurred in other state stands almost ruined the successful outcome of the national convention.
It was reported that the presence of Andy Ubah started what almost ended in violence, when he was sighted by the other faction.
