The Nigeria Police Force reports foiling a suicide bomb attack in Kano City at about 1pm, Sunday, July 27, 2014.
The attack was targetted at the North-West University in Kano and the
gallantry of Nigerian policemen on duty averted what would have been a
tragedy.The attack was to be carried out by a female suicide bomber who killed herself in the botched attack. Five policemen who isolated her sustained minor injuries.
